At Ruf & Tuf, every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. We are an online-only fashion store with no physical retail outlets. Please review our policy before ordering.

1. General Policy: We offer a 7-day exchange period from delivery, subject to eligibility and inspection. Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect customer selections, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges may be requested within 7 calendar days for incorrect items, verified manufacturing defects, sizing issues, or alternative available designs and colours. All requests require approval.

3. Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact. Products with perfume, makeup stains, odours, or signs of use may be rejected.

4. Non-Exchangeable Products: Sale, clearance, customized, personalized, made-to-order, and gift card purchases are generally not eligible for exchange, except where required by applicable law or for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

5. Exchange Requests: Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery with your Order Number, Name, Contact Number, Reason for Exchange, and clear product photos where applicable.

6. Shipping Charges: For exchanges due to size, colour, design, or personal preference, customers bear both-way delivery charges. For approved wrong-item, manufacturing-defect, or pre-delivery damage claims, Ruf & Tuf covers applicable exchange shipping charges.

7. Inspection & Approval: Returned items are inspected by our Quality Control team, generally within 2–5 working days. Approved replacements are dispatched as soon as possible. If unavailable, an alternative product or store credit may be offered.

8. Store Credit: Where a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued. It is valid for 90 days, usable only on the official Ruf & Tuf website, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products: Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, providing your Order Number, issue description, and clear photos. Following verification, an appropriate solution may include replacement, store credit, or an eligible refund where required or approved.

10. Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not offered for change of mind, incorrect selections, customer-selected sizes, personal preference, or courier delays. Exceptional cases will be reviewed in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

11. Order Cancellation: Orders may only be cancelled before processing. Confirmed, packed, processed, or dispatched orders cannot normally be cancelled. Customized and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed, subject to applicable law.

12. Delivery Delays: Partner-brand sourcing, stock availability, supplier processing, public holidays, weather, and courier issues may cause delays. We will communicate significant delays where possible.

13. Important Notes: Slight colour variations due to lighting, photography, and screen settings are normal. Minor variations in embroidery, lace, embellishments, or stitching are not automatically manufacturing defects. All claims remain subject to fair inspection.
