1. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

At Ruf & Tuf, we offer both our in-house collections and selected pieces from partner brands, therefore delivery timelines may vary by product.

  • ๐Ÿ“ Karachi: 1โ€“3 working days
  • ๐Ÿšš Nationwide: 3โ€“5 working days
  • ๐ŸŒ International: 5โ€“12 working days (depending on destination)

Some items may be made-to-order or sourced from partner brands, which can require additional processing time. Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page.

For urgent queries, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours
  • Dispatch is completed on the next working day
  • Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp

3. Made-to-Order & Designer Items

  • Certain products (especially from partner brands) may require extended preparation time
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the designer/brand
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed for such items

We recommend confirming timelines before placing your order.


4. Shipping Information

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide:

  • Full Name
  • Accurate Shipping Address
  • Contact Number

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice
  • If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned

Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Delays in Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics or courier issues
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

We will keep you informed in case of any delays.


7. Courier Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners:

  • Local: PostEx, Trax, LCS, TCS
  • International: DHL

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via:

  • SMS
  • Email
  • WhatsApp (on request)

Please note: Tracking updates may have slight delays due to courier systems.


9. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout
  • Included in the final order total

10. International Shipping & Customs

  • Shipping charges depend on destination & weight
  • Custom duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Ruf & Tuf is not responsible for customs delays

Customers must comply with their countryโ€™s import regulations.


11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible local orders only
  • Ruf & Tuf reserves the right to cancel COD orders if:
    • The order is marked high-risk
    • Confirmation is not completed

12. Failed or Missing Deliveries

If you have not received your order:

  • Report within 7 working days of expected delivery
  • Provide your Order ID and details

Tracking information and courier confirmation will be used as proof of delivery.


13. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Being available at the time of delivery
  • Coordinating with courier in case of missed delivery
