Pre-booked Products:
- Minimum delivery time: 3–4 weeks (unstitched only).
- Different designers may have varying timelines.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Custom-Stitched Orders:
- Require additional 15–25 working days for processing.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect details.
1.3 Delivery Attempts
- If the first delivery attempt fails, we will contact you via phone or email.
- A second delivery attempt may incur additional charges.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

1.5 Actions of Delivery Personnel
We work with reliable courier partners; however, we are not responsible for the conduct of delivery personnel. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the courier service.

- A tracking ID will be shared via SMS and/or email once your order is shipped.
- You may also request tracking details via WhatsApp or social media.
- Tracking updates may occasionally experience delays due to technical issues.
1.7 Delivery Charges – Pakistan
- Standard shipping charges apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Free shipping may be offered on prepaid orders (subject to ongoing promotions).
1.8 Delivery Charges – International
- Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and package weight.
- Prices do not include customs duties or taxes.
- Customers must pay all applicable duties at the time of delivery.
1.9 Customs Responsibility
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for customs clearance.
- Any delays, fines, or additional charges imposed by customs must be borne by the customer.
- Compliance with local import regulations is the customer's responsibility.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available only for ready-to-ship items up to a certain order value.
- Orders exceeding this value or including made-to-order/pre-order items require advance payment.
COD orders may be cancelled if:
- Marked as high-risk or medium-risk by the courier system.
Goods & Services Not Received Policy
2.1 Definition
This applies when a customer does not receive their order within the expected timeframe.

2.3 Delivery Address
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery confirmation is handled by third-party courier partners.
