At Ruf & Tuf, we value long-term partnerships with retailers, distributors, and resellers. The following terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.
📦 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Minimum wholesale order is 12 pieces per article.
- Sizes and colors may be mixed, subject to stock availability.
- Wholesale pricing applies only to orders meeting the minimum quantity requirements.
💰 Payment Terms
- New Customers: 50% advance payment required.
- Repeat Customers: 30% advance payment (subject to approval).
- Remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
- Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, Online Transfer, Cash Deposit.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the wholesale customer.
- Available throughout Pakistan and internationally.
- Delivery timelines depend on order quantity and destination.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- Wholesale orders are final sale.
- No returns or exchanges after delivery.
- Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours.
⚠️ Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 3 business days.
- Advance payments become non-refundable once processing begins.
