Items must be:

• Unused & unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags attached

🚚 Delivery Charges

Customers are responsible for both-way delivery charges for any size exchange.

⏱️ Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, the exchange will be processed within 10–14 working days.

🚫 Non-Exchange Items

No exchange, return, or refund is applicable on sale, discounted, or promotional items.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ruf & Tuf, we are committed to providing premium-quality women's fashion and ensuring every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. As an online-only store, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

1.1. Ruf & Tuf is an online-only fashion store. We do not operate any physical retail outlets.

1.2. We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy from the date your order is delivered, subject to the terms and conditions below.

1.3. We do not offer returns for refunds due to change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect ordering by the customer, except in situations specifically mentioned in this policy.

1.4. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The size does not fit (subject to stock availability).
• You wish to exchange the product for another available design, color, or size.

All exchange requests are subject to approval after inspection.

3. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

• Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original brand tags, price tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
• Be free from perfume, makeup stains, odors, washing, alterations, or any signs of use.

Ruf & Tuf reserves the right to reject any exchange request if these conditions are not met.

4. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Sale or Clearance items
• Customized or personalized products
• Made-to-order products
• Gift Cards
• Any product returned without original tags or packaging
• Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration by the customer

5. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Contact Number
• Reason for Exchange
• Clear photos of the product (required for defective, damaged, or incorrect items)

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

6. Exchange Shipping Charges

Customer Preference

If you wish to exchange a product because of:

• Size
• Color
• Design
• Personal preference

The customer will be responsible for:

• Return shipping charges
• Shipping charges for the replacement product

Ruf & Tuf Error

If the exchange is due to:

• Wrong product shipped
• Manufacturing defect
• Product damaged before delivery

Ruf & Tuf will bear the applicable exchange shipping charges after the claim has been approved.

7. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

• Our Quality Control team will inspect the product.
• Inspection generally takes 2–5 business days.
• If approved, the replacement item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose:

• Another available product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, will apply), or
• Store Credit.

8. Store Credit 

If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability, Ruf & Tuf may issue Store Credit.

Store Credit:

• Is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
• Can only be used for purchases on the official Ruf & Tuf website.
• Is non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

Although every order is inspected before dispatch, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order Number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once approved, Ruf & Tuf will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Replacement of the product
• Store Credit
• Refund (only if a replacement is not possible and approved by Ruf & Tuf)

All claims are subject to inspection and final approval by Ruf & Tuf.

10. Return Policy

Ruf & Tuf does not offer returns for refunds due to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Personal preference
• Delay caused by courier services

Returns for refunds are only considered in exceptional cases approved by Ruf & Tuf.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed.

Once an order has been:

• Confirmed
• Packed
• Processed
• Dispatched

It cannot be cancelled.

Customized, made-to-order, and special-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

12. Delivery Delays

Some products may be sourced from partner brands or require additional processing time.

While we always strive to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Stock availability
• Supplier processing
• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• Courier delays

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
• Minor variations in embroidery, lace, embellishments, or stitching are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Ruf & Tuf reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
